Just finished single side strength of the fall challenge and decided to do a little more. Wow holding that ball in the air was tough, thanks Jessica x

I really enjoy learning new ways to use my exercise ball; and this video was great for that!  Thanks Jessica!

Jessica: This routine rocks!  Thank for you going at a smart pace and providing exercises that address the abdominal-hips-thigh area.   Fantastic 😉

My Day 20 part 2 done. No more for me today, this stretch was just what was needed, although either I have really short legs or my ball is just a little too big for me and I think it was going flat -maybe time for a new one -I may treat myself for completing the abs challenge. Thanks Jessica x

Day 26 Flat Abs Challenge: Well that was really quite difficult to improvise without a ball. For most of it I used my spiny chair, but not everything worked like ths and often the back of the chair was in my way…
I'd love to have a stability ball, but i don't know where I should store it, because it does take up a lot of space…

Day 26 done! This is the first time I've ever done this workout and I was so happy that I was able to complete it all without falling off the ball once. The side planks were the most challenging for me and I had to use my free hand for added stability but I managed. The leg twists were easy to do but deceptively effective judging by the amount of shaking my legs were doing! I really liked this and will do it often. Thanks!

I don't look at the scale as it is too depressing, but I have my husband look for me (I don't want to see the actual #) and I am down about 5 lbs. so far.  Feeling stronger and tighter.  I need better core strength and this abs challenge really is just what I needed.  Only a few more days to go.  Wonder what challenge she will have for us next? 🙂

Today's workout was fun. Did it twice. Really good exercises for strengthening the core. I'm now getting the hang of stabilising the ball. I know I will definitely be repeating this one. Thanks again Jessica …not forgetting Peanut.

Did this after a 20 minute H.I.I.T. workout! My 11am lesson was cancelled so I had more time than I thought to work out today. This was. I love how you get our bodies working in a completely different way! Thank you! 🙂

Who would have thought that twisting the ball with your feet would be so difficult. And I missed Peanut. 😉 Oh, and my husband has started calling his dog Peanut when either of us are working out. LOL

love stability ball workouts…love this one…the ball and bands are most effective way to shape the body. works more muscles per exerise

WOW! Age 71. I have not done these exercises for about 3 mo. and can I ever tell it. I think I had my hubby inflate my ball a little too much because I couldn't lay on my side and touch the floor with my hand. I do these to strengthen my core which will help my lower back with arthritis.

Thanks for the video, Jessica. Peanut barking in the background? =) I miss her. The metal sound of the music at the end was somewhat unpleasant. Maybe take it out next time? Again thanks so much! =D

Buying a stability ball and doing this routine today has added a potential new dimension to my fitness routine. I loved using my new ball and it is much tougher than it looks. I am actually a sweaty mess as I write this. I am going to sub this routine into my rotation as often as I can AND going to try out Jessica’s other Stability Ball routines too.

Jackie Mc June 4, 2020 - 8:31 am

Really love this routine. So creative and the ball adds challenge. Those leg circles were “fun”. My abs will certainly be speaking to me tomorrow.
I did this a few weeks ago and my stability on the the ball has definitely improved since then. I am trying to ensure I sub a stability ball routine regularly into Jessica’s challenges of one isn’t included. Practice definitely does mean progress.

I would love it if you would release more "yoga on the ball" videos. You are keeping me mobile. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!
