Awesome! Thank you for sharing this vid. I feel that burpees are definitely one of the hardest whole body workouts you can do. They’re awesome for that one stop shop for the whole body but very difficult and for that reason some may deter or get discouraged from doing them. It’s great to have a modified version so you can work on your ability and strength to do the original and more.

I have OA of both knees and find these exercises fit in very well when I'm boiling the kettle for a cup of tea. Short bursts and time well spent.
