I am the owner and CEO of the Tiffany Rothe Fit Club and the Fitness enterprise Tiffany Rothe Workouts. The woman in this video discovered my workouts through a friend about a year ago. She was at a low point in her life and was looking for a change. She connected with me and the “RotheStar” way of life and she blossomed in every aspect of her being. She sent me this video and her testimony of what it means to be committed to make a change for the better. I was so touched and proud of her, I just had to share it with all of you. Chocolate Doll is so right. I look forward to Tiffany's workout. Having them gives me a routine that I didn't even know I needed. Workout DVDs are nice, but I wouldn't have stuck with them as long as I have with Tiffany. Knowing that I can workout live and that there are new workouts every week, is the best. It gives me something to look forward to. After every workout, I feel accomplished. Also, the motivational words she speaks to us always come right on time.
