I'm doing the Motive program this month (first ever program!). I clicked on today's ab workout thinking I knew what was coming because I've done your other 10 Minute Ab Workouts before… and then there was a shiny new video, full of moves I've never done! Thank you guys so much as always for consistently putting out such great workout videos. 😀
When I do the side plank on my left side, my left collar bone pops out of socket from the neck. All my joints like to pop out. People say it hurts, but I don't feel a thing. Must be used to it.
Couldn’t finish one of the cardios (too much jumping/squats back to back for my knees) came and killed my abs to finish🤩 I think I felt one wake up… from a deep sleep and ask what I thought I was tryna do!

Great video – perfect to use as a finisher after some weight lifting! Also, I want to say that I really appreciate the positive attitude. So much of the fitness industry plays into negative body image issues & unrealistic expectations, but you guys always stay focused on improving from wherever one is starting from, concentrating on personal goals, and making the work-outs fit individual needs, abilities, etc. Your approach is so much more helpful for teaching life-long healthy living! Did this workout for 13 November.The moves were simple but very effective and this workout made me realize that my abs are the weakest of all muscles.
I am following motive program. I wanted to know what's the difference between the motive program and 30 day muscles program.Which of the programs is harder and which one is more effective in burning fat.
