Lucy, I absolutely loved this workout, not only did I really feel it working my abs but the skaters inbetween really got my heart rate up. I worked to my max! One of the best ab workouts I have ever done! x💓

Lucy I am 72 and so sad as I have so much fat around my waist and my lower back. I get so depressed I also have a roll of fat on my upper abs it looks like a subway sandwich. I used to have such. Indy waist when I was younger like you. Is it too late to lose that ugly fat at my late age. Please answer
