Question. Why so much swaying and bad form and why are you not going all the way on the presses? Just curious since it seems to fly in the face of other videos of yours and also contradicts the excepted rules for building muscle, good form, full movement range, no swaying or jerking.

Not a critique, just wondering since most of your vids your going slow and precise with perfect form.
