I'd say decide on some reasonable strength goals to be achieved within the next 6 months, then use that strength and transition into more hypertrophy style training for another 6 months while also bringing up lacking body parts. Then you could do another 6 months of leaning down (maybe with a long diet break of 3-4 weeks) and do a show sometime in the summer of 2019.
