I can barely concentrate after a day's work, and just am totally confused on nutrition. I think I'll never get rid of my "dad bod" lol
Lets say my diet is fluctuating as you mentioned in the video day to day, but my exercise is consistently strong. Then what? And what I mean by consistent training, I mean rugby training 2 days a week, cardio & weight training 5 days a week. Rugby games on Saturdays.
yo Lex please answer this, what if I do HIIT cardio 2-3 times a week, when I do cardio & rest I take little carbs, but when I workout High intensity resistance workout I eat a lot of carbs, will that help me burn fat & get muscle gains at the same time ?, because I'm not fat & not skinny I have a six pack but still have a little fat at the bottom of my abs & around my thighs, & I've been training for a year & I've made very good gains & gotten a lot stronger, so what do I do???

It's possible if you are keen enough. I'm currently losing 1kg of fat a week and gaining 300g of muscle.. it is obviously compromised over what's possible if you concentrate on one or the other though.

I think that depends entirely on how much fat you have to loose and genetically how much muscle potential you have left, I am at the moment loosing weight while noticeably increasing muscle, but I have been sidelined for far too long with a wrist injury and have 50lbs to loose, I imagine that as I get closer to peak muscle mass or 10% body fat that will be MUCH more difficult to do at the same time.
This video has great information, but I'm not sure about the best diet plan that I should work with, only because I have never used any. Anyone tried the Fenoboci Diet Plan? I have heard some folks talk about extraordinary things about Fenoboci Diet Plan.
So quick question. Does doing your cardio and lifting in the morning on an empty stomach help tap into fat reserves?

My cousin introduced me to the diet program called “lyly amazing guide” (Google it). This is a diet program that truly works. Initially I was a bit skeptical however in a couple of weeks I’ve already shed over 14 pounds. Google it to learn more.

Question: Right now I am in my fat loss phase (lost 55 pounds so far and curently weigh around 200 punds), I exercise 6 times a week, where I run the first day, workout (Weights) second day and spinning on third day and resting the fourth day and start that rotation over again. But from what I'm hearing I might as well not work out at all and just do cardio? I am using "myfitnesspal" to keep track of my calories and makros, even though I still find it hard to balance makros….
