When i do your workouts for thighs or abs my knees stay bent and stiff so that I cannot stretch my leg properly 😊

Hi Lucy! I have a suggestion for your seated workouts. If your repeating sets, each round should be a new progression move. I think that might helped increase metabolism.

I do this workout with my 73 year old Mum with out dogs watching. We love your seated workouts Lucy you truly are an amazing wonderful woman . Been doing your workout for 2 weeks lost 2 inches from my waist 😘 Thank you 🙏 even after the lockdown you’ll be my daily workout. 😊Xx

you're an absolute legend!! I injured my hips and lost a lot of my cardio and body strength. These exercises have been amazing to get me back to a point where I can keep up without passing out or experiencing pain. Thank you for sharing.
