I know the first two are probably too controversial they don’t want to lose followers because some people are just going to disagree no matter what… Weightlifters and politics usually tend to be more republican that’s what I like:)
Totally agree. I myself look pretty good man 5’10 188lbs 13% bf. it’s funny how much I loves fitness, but hate the fitness industry. I literally go to the gym work out, zone out and don’t speak to those damn gymshark douchebag guys and girls. They irritate me so much

It's not only the Fitness Industry. All economics and the whole concept of capitalism is built on lies. The concepts you are talking about here, you can take those to all areas of economy.
Every single industry that is out there.
It's just all about getting viewers, followers, customers. We tell them what they wanna hear, we show them what they wanna see. Essentially it is very easy to manipulate humans.
Don't worry about it as much, unfortunately this is the dilemma of life as the majority of people go by "seeing is believing" although the truth isn't easily seen.
It's okay to "market what people want as long as you give them what they need"
Your content helped to start a 3×5 strength program and my lifts have improved dramatically, to the extent that I am the go to guy in my gym for information.
