This was absolutely wonderful because you slowly enough explained it thoroughly and not too fast. The moves were easy to do but very effective. Perfect for women with the few pounds overweight and who are not in their 20s so I wanted to let you know I appreciate that. Only one point. I kind of like to watch the videos to make sure I'm doing it right with the person like a workout buddy. So if you could do these exercises Little longer that would be absolutely perfect.
