Favorite of the favs! 29 weeks pregnant and omg this was tough. Just about 200 calories burned in 25 minutes while my toddler naps. So efficient! Thank you Amy!

To be totally honest – parts of that workout I really hated during it. Because it just killed me. But it was 100% one that I LOVED when it was done! Will likely do again… just not before I have the chance to “forget” it 😉
