All you need is a kettlebell and a mat. If you don’t have a kettlebell, use a dumbbell or whatever you’ve got!

Thank you🙏 !!! Have two questions Have take your 4 weeks programs then stopped it because pregnancy. Can I start it again ? Can I add those exercices same days ? And is this course also good for fat back jus under bra ?

I just watched this not-live as part of the September work out calendar and had to stay through the end because you're so sweet and helpful! It was nice to see more of your personality!

Thanks for giving us the BEST daily workouts! I just moved up to a 20 pound kettlebell after doing your videos for about a year and a half! I feel the best I ever have and I'm about to turn 35 with two kids! Can't thank you enough for giving me workouts I actually look forward to starting my day with!

I absolutely love all of your pyramid workouts, they are my favorite because I feel like I can do the exercise because I know it's going to go up to 45 seconds and back down, for some reason it tricks my brain into thinking I can do it. I love your HITT and tabatta workouts as well. One question, my heartrate is up to high to go down on the floor in some of these where you are doing kettle bell swings or high intesity exercise and then right to floor work, is there any way you can show what I can do standing that would be comprable to what you are doing on the floor? Thank you so much! I LOVE your workouts!!!
