Would a 140lbs 5 foot 7 ectomorph guy look a bit overweight if he wants to get to 170lbs? but still hitting the weights? compared to a taller 6 foot guy?

I can’t tell you how much I get pissed off with BMI….or people who go in the sauna and exercise in bin bags! Yep, through my years as a pt, I’ve witnessed all of this mythical thinking….diets are as they say, ‘ scientifically ‘bollocks.’ X

Weight lose can also just be, water weight or just losing weight it may not be bodyfat, or it could just be muscle lost.

Bodyfat is better to lose not weight or muscle, still stay the same weight

I lost bodyfat on a bulk, 3,000 calories unless that wasn't bulking lol, unless it was maintaince
