This 35 minute workout uses one set of dumbbells to strengthen and sculpt your entire lower body: legs, glutes, hips and bonus core. Tighten and tone inner and outer thighs, butt and thighs, all while also getting heart pumping cardio. Options for all fitness levels.

I also wanted to comment on how your extensive education shines in your workouts. My husband is getting his MS in Exercise Science and I get to learn with him a bit. I am blown away by how much education and extensive training goes into this degree. OK, my first time trying your workouts … first it didn't feel so hard, but later on I was completely sweaty 🙂 Pouring out of me …. And yes, some of the workouts were quite challenging …. loved it for the first time … I am going to do it again. Thanks.
Loved this! It was a real challenge but in a good way. I left out the curtsy lunge because it bothers my knee but went heavy with the dumbbells and felt great!
