Seated Cardio Workout. These chair exercises will give you a great seated cardio chair routine. These no standing exercises are safe on your knees and ideal if you have limited mobility or recovering from an injury.

Another morning exercise/I'm getting in shape/slowing but surely/it feels great to exercise. I used to belong to the gym. I like exercising at home. I can exercise in my pajamas.

So great even when I am pregnant like now. Sometimes I feel weak and dizzy (26 weeks) and then I feel more secure on a chair, than standing the whole time, where my blood is staying in my legs….

For seated exercises I still manage to get a sweat on thats how I no its working. These exercises are great to get rid off back and arm fat I feel it though my back muscles which is where I store my fat. Really good chair workout as I have knee injuries I really don't feel like I'm missing out not doing my regular exercises as this still manages to keep my muscles moving and that's what it's all about.

I pulled my calf left muscle coming down the stairs where I work. So I have been doing this seated workouts. I am so grateful to you for this, you are greatly appreciated. I wish to start the new challenge in a couple of days. I almost finished the 3000 steps, I have not been able to do them since Thursday,
Thank you so much for this Lucy. It's been hard to find exercises suited to me and this plus your 4 minute seated work out have been very helpful. I'm hoping that if I keep at this daily I will build up some more strength and gain more independence back.
