As a runner it's not always easy to find time for upper body and this is fantastic! I have added it to my weekly rotation so I don't miss out on getting core and arm work AND I enjoy it!

I have been steadily working my way through your dumbbell playlist and I am loving all of them! They are full of variations which I love because it gets pretty boring to do the same circuit again and again. Plus, you do them with us, all of the movements, because some channels just put up one variation of the same exercise without any trainers and just ask you to do that. That makes me feel like a child. this is so much better. I am going to finish all of the videos and work my way through your content. thank you for being so honest, Amy!

Hi Amy! I love your videos! You mentioned that you have tendonitis in your shoulder, and I was wondering if you had any tips for stretches/exercises to strengthen your shoulder.

I really like it when you tell us how many reps we have left. I will feel like I am about to quit, and then you say somthing like only 4 left and it motivates me to keep going. Thank you:)

Yes! I just completed this with heavy dumbells and I really felt it. Cardio the whole time and đź’Ş strength! Who knew just arms could be such a killer workout. My IT band is irritated today so I didn't want too much leg work but was itching to do something! Thank You for so many options!

Moving to a smaller home where I won’t have room for a large dumbbell rack anymore. Replaced the whole rack with this adjustable set. The handle diameter is a little bigger than my old dumbbells bestgym.equipment – I only really notice it when I do farmers walks with heavy weight. I do not have the stand but am considering that for the future. These work as expected.
