Amy, thanks for all the creative ideas. This workout seems very scattered. Would you consider making another video with more structure such as continuous rep counts and working out both sides equally? Would love to do all the moves, even if it is a longer video.

LOVED this one! And I like there are plenty of modifications to each exercise so I can work to the level I am at for this particular place in time.

What type of shoes do you recommend for your workouts? I mostly do the dumbbell body weight combo HIIT and tabata

Just finished and really loved this workout! I was somewhat dreading it since the calender has a burner workout Monday as well, but immediately felt the difference between the 2 and hit the muscle groups in entirely different ways! I have loved the new workout calenders and new workouts so far this year for getting me out of my holiday workout slump! As always, thank you so much for the workouts and mostly the motivation
After yesterdays kickboxing this one was a real burner…..I'm looking forward to the Yoga workout😉
BURN is accurate. I will be coming back to this one in a month or so to see if I can do it with fewer breaks. I agree with someone below who said this was a good pace.
