Yay!! Jessica I'm 50!!! I know it's just a number. I studied ballet from age four to my early twenties, I still miss it, so I love a chance to get balletic lol. When I was in my late teens my boyfriend at the time did karate, and I loved watching the katas… It reminded me a lot of ballet practice. This video was such fun and my face is bright pink with effort. Many thanks to you girls🐶💝
Day 21 fall challenge. Made yesterday (fri) my active rest day. Don't know if this really counts for the challenge, but I bowled with my family and did a TON of walking at the local Christmas market. Counting that as my workout. Will do day 22 53 min fusion sculpt tomorrow.
Fall Fitness Challenge – Day 21: Okay, so it's actually Saturday, and it's Day 22…I'm one day behind ;( , but I've come too far to let it all fall apart now. I worked out for 30 minutes with my pers. trainer this a.m. My rest day will have to be Day 22. See you on the tube!
Fall Challenge Day 22 (day behind) completed! I enjoy this workout. The ballet moves are still a challenge for me, and I've always enjoyed kickboxing as a cardio workout! Now on to Planksgiving Challenge day 3!

I did this workout today since I didn't whiteout a couple of days ago. I have loved all of your workouts, this one, not so much. Couldn't really get into it. Can't wait to show you my before and after once these 30 days are up.

I did this as a follow up to #FITIN15 Kickboxing 101. Kickboxing is not my favourite, so ballet was the sweetener! I modified the cross jack move to a side tap to keep it low impact, but everything else was good. Definitely got me sweating!
I loved this! New favorite! Loved the combo of kickboxing and ballet. Even if you said it was just something you made up on the fly, it was both fun and challenging. Loved stretching out with ballet and going to kickboxing. Burned a little over 300 calories in 30 minutes. I have been doing a variety mix of your "walk on:21 day plan", "15 minute fat blasts DVDs", #fitin15 , and others. I was sidelined last week w a sore foot (was in week 3 of the 21 day set) so I did other workouts from you and YouTube with mods that didn't aggravate it. #springahead challenge still seemed a little out of my reach (did the first day) so I have been mixing it up with a little of everything so far this week, and still checking the daily videos for the challenge to see if I can keep up. (Which I am doing after I post😁) Thanks Jessica!
This is my first time to get te nerve to do this, and oh my goodness!! It was awesome!! I've been afraid, because I have equilibrium issues, but wore my shoes and I felt a little more secure. This was awesome and I can't wait to try more like it!! Hugs and many thanks for getting me keeping me in shape thru everything!!
I liked this, although with my lack of coordination it was defiantly a challenge will be doing it again for sure!!
