This 30 minute workout uses the mini loop band to strengthen, sculpt and tone your entire lower body: legs, inner thighs, outer thighs, hips, butt and core, while also keeping your heart pumping for fat blasting cardio. Options for all fitness levels.

Thank you Amy! I enjoyed this very much and I appreciate how you cue form. A lot of 'influencers' just do the exercise and expect you to follow them. From one movement professional to another, keep doing what you're doing! I am happy I found your channel! Also, loved the dead lift variation. I have done a long band variation of this but never with a loop band. Awesome!
