Wow, this is an excellent workout! I love the pace of learning the moves first at a slower pace, then getting into it at a higher pace! I also love the knee and kick rotations from side hip to front kick. It has a great rythym to it! And, then the core punch moves are terrific! Awesome workout!!! 🥊🤩❗

I wasn't a fan of kickboxing when I first started doing your workouts. I just felt so uncoordinated and clumsy. However, I've grown to absolutely love these workouts! This one had my heartrate up and the time flew by. I had so much fun and loved it! 🙂 xx
