Great workout. Had to adjust some moves as I am healing my broken wrist but all in all I am a sweaty mess and that is a good thing!
Wow! I don't remember the last time I did this workout, but it's been a long time! This one was tough! I started out with 8# & 5#, then dropped to 5# & 3#, then the last bit of tricep moves had to drop down to 2#! I will be feeling this tomorrow! This just reminds me I need to do more strictly strength workouts again! I've been doing mostly your new Walk On Walk Strong & Six Mile programs, so I haven't done as many heavy weights like I used to do! Feels great, thanks Jessica!
This routine left me a hot & sweaty mess!!! Awesome strength session but I also got in some cardio because my heart was definitely pumping hard! Thanks for another awesome workout!

Day 3 of my Summer Shape Up Challenge completed! Yay! I guess I did this workout about a month ago. Still a tough one! But I really like these strength workouts a lot! Holy cow! This was a very hard, but totally awesome workout! When you say total body, you mean it! I wanted a good calorie burn today, so when you said more strength, not so much cardio, I almost switched workouts. Glad I didn't, my heart rate was flying! Thanks so much for your fantastic work!

This made me so tired, and i took many rests (for recovery). I onder if i was not working enough or this is the best workout ever

This is the most amazing strength and body conditioning routine. I loved it and worked very, very hard but the time passed by so fast. Jessica Smith is the best fitness coach and I have been doing her routines daily since the summer of 2015 and my fitness, strength and shape have changed for the better. I shall definitely be doing a stretching routine later. Thanks Jessica😀

Loved this! Haven’t done sculpt workout in awhile bc i had surgery. I was able to do this with little modifying and it was awesome 👍🏼 thanks Jessica I’m really enjoying all your workouts. And I love how Peanut is always in the middle of everything- makes me smile during those tough moves 😊
Today I tried this and I was surprised I could finish it. I did stop to catch a breath in between but I could do all exercise. great workout. The next step for me is to finish without breaks.

I haven’t done this routine in such a long while and I am so pleased to have done it again today. It isn’t easy but it is rewarding and I feel so good afterwards. I am feeling my triceps already.
