Love this! Definitely would love more videos with just bands so it's easy to do anywhere. I need to find bands like that also the only ones I found here in Australia aren't as stretchy even the easiest one so it just fits around both of your thighs let alone trying to do kickbacks with them. xx

Hello! Could you please tell me what is the difference between working out with or without resistance bands? My thighs are thick and I want to slim them down, can I do it with resistance bands or is it best if I skip that? Thank you
