This 24 minute workout uses yoga inspired exercises in a flow format to strengthen and sculpt your entire body. Stretch and ease tight muscles, while lengthening to release tension. Options for all fitness levels.

Vind het heel leuk om te doen. Doe vaker workouts maar nooit zo veel reclames tussendoor gehad. Waarom reclame tijdens yoga. Snap dat reclame geld oplevert. Maar gewoon 3 tot 4x op een yoga van 25 min. Zo heeft yoga geen zin. Totaal niet relax.
I really enjoy doing it. Do workouts more often but never had so many commercials in between. Why advertising during yoga. Understand that advertising makes money. But 3 to 4 times on a yoga of 25 min. Its makes no sense. Not relaxed at all.
Woke up and did this one in the garden while the kids where still sleeping. Perfect way to start the day! Thank you Amy!

This was great!! Thankyou! I did your dumbbell tabata yesterday – an awesome work out video! so I needed a lighter day today. Thank you for saying we don't need to worry about how we look as we change poses. I wasn't graceful, but still able to get the stretch and relaxation that I needed.

This workout has wonderful stretches and flow that felt great after the last couple of days of weight and kettlebell training!
Not bad for a different yoga video, instead of using a yoga DVD, which I had started to earlier today. I do have several yoga DVDs at home, but I first became aware of BodyFit by Amy's YouTube channel when my mom introduced it to me. She had begun to exercise with Amy's videos instead of a workout DVD.
