This is a really good workout Jessica. I enjoyed it a lot. I love using my resistance band as it is so easy to change the resistance within the workout. It is great to have strength with a little cardio too. A really good start to my Wednesday. Terrific to see Peanut too. Thanks Jessica.

Great workout! Appreciate this workout because I have limited range with my knees and this allows both good cardio and strength building.
Love this workout. Day 3 of the Fall Challenge and as I don't have a step I substituted Stride and Step for this one today. Feels good walking and toning with my resistance band.
Fun workout; my arms were sore from yesterday's workout, so I only used the band for parts of the workout…hope to be able to workout my arms on consecutive days eventually.

Day 9 complete. I missed a couple of days in each of the last two weeks just because I lost focus and mismanaged my time. This week, I'm determined to get back on track. So far, so good. I hadn't done this video before, but it was a lot of fun. Thanks, Jessica, for creating a schedule for us! It makes it much easier for me to work out each day when you tell me what to do :)!

Jessica, I cannot believe that 5 years ago, I was doing this workout as I was getting my body ready for October when my husband and I were going to renew our wedding vows for our 25th Anniversary and here we are as we are stealing bases to slide into home plate for our 30th in October. I still love, love, love this workout.

Day 3 of #FourWeekFusionFebruary and I always enjoy doing this. I particularly like using my resistance band when I am travelling and it is wonderful to do this barefoot too. Loved #JanuaryJumpstart and having fun with this latest challenge. We are so lucky to have you Jessica. I benefit so much from these challenges and find it great that like minded people across the globe are doing the same rotation on the same day in their time zones. It is so powerful and motivating.

Fabulous to do this again today as I recycle through the Four Weeks of Fusion challenge before the #SoS2019 Challenge begins. Whenever I do this routine I always feel good. My band snapped in half so I had similar experience to Jessica today.

Day 3 of Four Weeks of Fusion. I absolutely love this routine and it was fabulous to rediscover it (and my resistance band)😀again today. I can definitely feel my muscles in a good way. Nicely worked out but I won’t be sore tomorrow.

I always, always, always enjoy this routine. I often feel the benefit more whenever I use my resistance band rather than my weights. It is best to use both.
