FOAM ROLLING for Legs // Recovery Workout
Visit:
After a heavy leg day, a long run or just a busy week foam rolling is a great way to ease sore muscles and aid in recovery. I’m running you through a few basic foam roller exercises that you can use between workouts to loosen those tight legs. Work at your own pace and listen to your body and remember to avoid rolling over joints like the knee. I’m moving through this fairly quickly today but aim to spend 30-60 seconds on each move spending a little extra time on those really tight spots 🙂

This one shows everything I learned from 5-6 instructors through many years!
Thanks for making this video! Can I ask about the music you used?
This one is really a great recovery for legs … felt the quads very much … but needed this!
The foam roller really helps
Nice!!🤗
Thank you for this! I love my foam roller, and you showed me a couple more ways to use it that I was unaware of 🙂 Work hard, recover well.
omg these got so painful , my breathing during the foam rolling had me sounding like I was getting pounded LMAOOO
doess this help slim down bulky legs ?
#amazing
Thank you 🙏
U talk too much
My quads and hammies needed this today 🙂
Loved it. Thanks!
Thanks for the video. Only been foam rolling for the past month but thanks to this video I did my shins, thighs and IT band for the first time ever. Absolutely agony but I’m sure over time the benefits will be reaped
I recently saw the chiropractor the other day and had no idea how tender my quads were until he started working on them. These foam rolls workouts were extremely painful on my left quad in particular. Hoping I can balance out all the imbalances in my muscles etc after all the chiropractor treatment.
Gosh that was so painful 😢. But just what I needed
Did you hear me and my quads screaming?
Help me when I do this my balls get C R U S H E D by my legs

Oh wow, I did this set after a day snowboarding…had me dying but I hope this helps make tomorrow better!
This is awesome. Could you also do full body or at least including back?

This was amazing!!
Training very relaxing thank you
i just started cross country two days ago this really helps thank you!
I love yr leggings. Which brand is it?🙏
Do you stop and hold on the tight painful spots or just roll them out? How many weeks until you feel less pain? Great video btw very slow and easy to follow thank you for being so helpful. The foam roll is the simplest equipment so many, like me, have no idea how to use it right.
this was great – thank you!
I think my legs are dead now
Honestly thank you for this. It’s been so hard to roll out my quads so I’m glad this is working
Not me screaming as I roll out my quads
Thank you! Thank You! Thank You!!! This video was so helpful and I appreciate how you broke it down and actually did the movement you were telling us to do without speeding up the video. I can’t tell you how many videos I see where the person speeds up the activity and I have to keep rewinding to make sure my form is good. I just subscribed!
