I recently had an SI injury myself, and I've been out of the gym with constant pain for over a month now. Can you give me some tips on what I can do to help alleviate that pain and hopefully prevent it from happening again? If anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate the support!
I've been having back issues for a year and a half on a off, I've been rehabilitating it for the last 3 or 4 months, now I'm starting to lift light, still have not done back squats yet, only deadlifted 135. But doing front squats and goblet squats. Hopefully I'll be able to slowly build back up to full strength again without further injury.
Glad your back in training mode. Motivating for me. I have been dealing with progressive L5-S1 issues for 2 years now and I am too stubborn to not train and when I feel better I re-aggravate. Now its to the point where all I can do is swim without pain. Need to take a long time off to heal :(. Puts me in a depression.
Keep hearing stupid people say deadlifts and squats give you a big gut. Omar, you have a small waist still as jonnie candito does too. Apparently many youtube experts dont understand that abs dont get huge unless you take gh/insulin or just get a fat gut like some powerlifters.
