Knowing that I'll be walking a lot today, and feeling sore from this week's workouts, I thought I'd try this Relax and Restore routine. It was absolutely perfect–just what I needed for my aching muscles! Thank you, Jessica, for providing some less intense yoga workouts.

I did this video today, I enjoyed shaking my hands and knees and I can't believe it's so hard for me just sitting on the floor with a straight back (23:40), I can hold the position for about a second and then I put my hands back on the floor behind me just to support myself. The good news is that I noticed I'm starting to do a little better on the stretch at 12:00, I usually just put my arm on my thigh (similarly to the yoga warrior pose) but today I was able to get a little closer to my thigh with my chest. I will be going out for a walk later to make sure I reach my current daily step goal. Have a nice day and thank you for this stretching routine.

I injured my hip yesterday running. something just twinked..thank you for your work out stretch..I feel we ignore stretching completely

I loved this workout today! It was the perfect balance between challenge and relaxation. In an attempt to keep my chronic back pain in check, I've decided that I just have to include yoga in my workouts a couple of times a week instead of just alternating between cardio and strength. This one is perfect for me! Thank you!!!

Terrific routine Jessica😀. I am so happy I found it this afternoon. I definitely feel relaxed and restored after a tough day on the trails in the humidity. This routine has me stretched out and ready to face cooking dinner and a busy evening ahead. It is going to become one of my post hike go to videos.

It's been over a year since I did wonderful and juicy Relax and Restore Stretch with Jessicasmithtv and it felt amazing after working out all week. I forgot how restorative, relaxing and terrific this was ! Still one of my favourite stretches! Thanks Jessica!

I did this as part of the Calm and Strong plan and it was such a nice recovery stretch. Thank you for this one, Jessica, and loved Peanut in it. My cat must have liked the music in it, too, because he seemed extra calm (not his nature! Lol)
