I actually liked having the talking just at the beginning it would be nice in the off time to hear the exercise coming up as well as read the screen because sometimes the letters are not as visible especially when I'm doing it on the computer or phone as opposed to the TV. Love the workouts either way, but think that would be an improvement so we're not always having to read or anticipate the next move while watching the screen 🙂 Thanks!

Loved you talking us through the cool down. It allowed me to relax and focus on the stretches instead of trying to look at the screen for each change. Another awesome workout! Thanks Heather💕

I loved this workout, especially because of the no repeats and really nice balance of rotating muscle groups so that I never got too tired to stop. More of this, please (except 20 seconds breaks instead of 15 por favor ;))!!
