Hire jack Lovett from spartan performance as your coach! He’s seriously shit hot and I know he‘s a strongman but that powerlifting are pretty close together I guarantee he will get the best out of you he knows his shit with powerlifting too, done wonders for me and the people I go to spartan with.

You arent putting on the right weight. Fat doesn't add strength. Put on muscle. Macros count. Plus the training regimen. Some people wont get stronger, but don't blame it on not being heavier

Social media is really just a highlight reel, so it's always refreshing to see some reality! Everybody has bad days, we're sure you'll smash it next time.

I feel you with the Bulk man I'm 6'3 with a fast metabolism I have to eat 6000+ to have decent weight and leverage but it is too hard and food gets disgusting at some point.

Lots have been said in the comments below but all I would say is stay in the 105 class. 93 is just too low for you. In the 105 you will have no worry about your weight and food. Unlike most you will be able to eat loads going into a meet with no need for cutting. You might still water cut the day before for wilks but other than that you will be in the best shape you can be.

120kg would be quite the jump and a crazy amount of food it nearly sounds impossible cause you eat so much already.

We ain’t going anywhere buddy, what ever decision you make just make sure you are happy!
Have you considered speaking with Sonny Webster? Yeah he’s an olly lifter, but maybe it’s a starting point on strength tips and can maybe point you in a good direction on coaching?? Just a thought 🙂

You should do another meet. You are a strong lifter but to be honest, your attempt selection on the last meet needed some fine tuning. More conservative openers and more even jumps like your first meet.

I think you’re under estimating how much more neural adaptation could occur

Youre an advanced lifter but i think you can get much stronger! Just mess with a lot of different training styles and expirement like many have before and succeeded. You can do it.

You're struggling to get past 104kg, I'm here at 17, just, at 100kgs, obviously not as much muscle mass but clearly your metabolism is insane
