Just found your channel and im so glad! I just found out im pregnant and im currently 9 weeks. I was slacking on the health department before the baby and got up to 155 for 5'5 when im normally around 135-140 ): Im going to try out your pregnancy workouts this week to try to be healthier for this baby(: If you have any other recommendations id love to hear them! Flatten out your wrist on those tricep extensions and the stationary hand during bicep curls. Otherwise, you’re pulling on the tendons in your wrist!

I love these bands. They are lightweight and compact for traveling. I recommend buying two sets as it is helpful when doing squats to hold the same tension in each hand while stepping on bestgym.equipment the bands. They offer a wide range of tension. The width and flat shape makes them comfortable to hold or use on your legs. This is a great alternative to a noisy machine when you want to exercise while watching tv.
