DUMBBELL LEG WORKOUT: OK guys I was walking a little funny for a couple days after this one! Four circuits today with 3 sets of each leg exercise. We need the multiple sets today to build that lean muscle and strength – so no complaints today about repetitions deal? 😉 lol Challenge yourself to use heavier dumbbells and complete every rep. You got this!!

I usually love HR workouts but I was confused by the lack of ques during the workout? That would have made it a lot less confusing and less fumbling around
3 or 4 sets she said 3 then 4th came and I didn’t realize she had a weight at first. 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
FML. That was a stop start session, I HATE Bulgarian split squats and the booty combo with the dumbbell was killer. I hate but I love you Heather. I did it at my own pace 😊

This is my absolute favorite leg day workout. I was able to complete 3 sets increasing my weights by 5. I love the order and heads up of the next set
