Hi Amy. Great working out with you today. I normally take Saturdays as a rest day but will rest tomorrow instead. Loving the live workouts. I wouldn’t at all mind if your little ones played in the background. They are adorable. ❤️💪

This was a REALLY good one to get moving after sitting at home working all day! Also… I've been doing your postnatal for about 6 months now and until today have NEVER successfully done a single leg deadlift before so looks like they're working!

Loved this one! I liked the no repetition! I think sometimes knowing I have to do it again is what makes me lose momentum. I would love to see more no repetition videos!

Surprised myself by being able to do most of this workout without modifying. I have been doing your workouts for the last 5 months and I have lost 40 pounds and gained so much strength and muscle while losing inches. Thank you Thank you Thank you
