Side twists with the breathing help release negative toxins in your body. But yoga in general does help detox your body.

how weird it this? on the first pose when I inhale I feel it in left hamstring and when I exhale I feel it in my right hamstring.

At 4:43 my brain got confused because you're so twisted up like a pretzel lol I knew how you got into the position but after looking at it a second I was like wait how's she doing all that? Lol like your bottom half was facing to the side and your face was towards the camera so it just looked weird and unnatural lol but I'm gonna see if I'm flexible enough to do these. Does yoga help lose weight?
