Love this workout!! I love Tabata. Do you have a playlist just with Tabata workouts? Or are they just in the playlist for body weight or dumbbell?

This was great! I live in an apartment so it was nice to do something quiet. Also I always have a hard time getting my core to tighten but I felt like the moves themselves helped tighten my core without me having to pay too much attention to it.

this was magic. i live on the second floor so ive been in search of quiet, hiit workouts that dont involve jumping and this was peeeerrrfect. dont think my neighbors heard a thing 🙂

Too long explanation makes this exercise doesn't seem a hiit exercise. Hiit exercise doesn't give too long break between the sets.

Really great workout! I have joint issues, so I definitely appreciate doing high intensity while still being gentle on the joints. I also appreciate having options I can turn to when I don't have my weights available and still feel like I got a good workout in.
