I am very unfamiliar w/ TRX .. Would some of these exercises be easier on your low back? From watching, it looks as if some of the load is being taken off the lower body by the upper body?

I have always linked word 'diet' with starvation, until I discoverd website Agoge Diet. With their diet plan, I am never hungry and I am still losing weight. Amazing!!!
