Awesome quicky before some yoga stretch! A nice filler for between days of your longer ones. And looking up "playlist" with you is a game changer!!! Way faster for finding specific work out needs from your list! I would search and scroll. I learned something new 😁

Found a few 10 minute workouts I had previously missed to add to my afternoon movement breaks. This was a good one. Loved the triceps bear plank move! Thank you!
