Really liked this workout. Very effective, yet nice and quick before going to work and modifiable, depending on how hard you want to make it.

Loved this… Short, sweet, and intense! I've been focusing on my pelvic floor bc I think I was working my abs out into a dome vs. in! :-/ LOL
Thank u Katie your videos are the 👌. I gave birth to 3 kids in like 6 years so yeah I need to do some lower abs exercises to get back in shape so my question is are these 3 minutes enough with a good healthy diet or do I need more? Please reply to me 😘
