Stress is a big factor in my weight gain ! . strength workout shaped my body and helped me lose a few kgs but did not help me reach my weight goal! Hiit with strength really did it for me! It helps me reduces the stress and put me in a good mood while building muscles!! Perfect thank you! I do this workout with yoga and daily walks and my stress levels went down ! I can sleep better!
Wow I loved this. I had a total hip replacement 5 months ago and this is the first real workout I have done. I slipped in a few modifications to keep my joint healthy, but overall managed to get through to the end. Feeling pumped and energised, just in ime for my 50th birthday tomorrow. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this brilliant workout.

Really enjoyed this combination. 3 circuits of 6 exercises each repeating 2 times. It really targeted the total body. Active cal around 260.
