This one is tougher than it looks and I got a good whole body workout done today. I really like mixing up weights and using my band. Lovely music as well.

Day 6 of #SpringAhead and it is wonderful to do this sneaky routine this afternoon. It isn’t super hard but it isn’t easy either. I got a fabulous resistance workout to lovely music and in Jessica’s friendly company which makes it all the more enjoyable. Week 1 of the workouts are over and I am looking forward to week 2.

Really enjoyed this workout, it's great for an allover in-between exercise routine for those days when you've worked out hard the day before and held a dinner party with wayyyy too much food and wine 🙂
