Everyones talking about how intense it was and how great it is and how much you can feel it in the glutes, but I'm doing this only to see some results in my butt and thighs, I'm hoping to get a thigh gap and a bigger/lifted butt, has anyone seen real results or am I doing this for nothing?
Oh my gosh I think I just found muscles I didn't even know existed 😮 this is a seriously awesome workout! And still friendly for someone who's newer in their fitness journey.

The best thing I found about this after trying it out for the first time and (not perfect yet haha) is that she activated the glutes first then incorporated stretches during and after the actual workout!!
All those other videos I found doesn't include such or maybe this is just the first one I found.

It's been a week and the workout still burns i skipped 2 days and decided to try out the daisy girls workout & today I came back to this one & hands down this is the one that works better for me. I feel the burn with this one. This one makes me feel good. The stretches help you not get sore as much & overall the way she speaks so calmly with detail, helps me stay focused & motivated. I looked at so many videos & this is the only that is well planned. You're not all over the place. As for a$s….it burns. My hubby says it looks great, but I think a few more weeks for me to see more results.

Can someone explain why these routine’s promote such lift and growth, yet people spend years in the gym doing squats and deadlifts with rate flute activation? Am I missing something? These concentrated floor booty workouts are so targeted and strategic that I never do squats or
Lunges anymore because those are mostly quad dominant.

I do this right after my stretches on both day! Love this workout. And you can pair it with weights or bands to make it more challenging or do it more than one time in a row
