Day 26 done. I have no dumbells here so I did 10 min strength training for beginners instead.

Done. All caught up now. I'd say my working out is on track but need to get my eating back on the right track.
Completed Day 26 of the QuickFit holiday challenge! Did this workout after the 5-min. Fix Cardio Blast that I didn't get to yesterday. Glad I took the 15 minutes in my day to do these! Feel better that I did! Thanks!
Day 26 done!! thanks for such agreat, efficient workout. Wish I had time to do it twice, since I only had very light weights with me today- but still felt worked in that 10 minutes! Bless you and happy continued holidays!!

Day 26 done, just a day late. This was short and sweet but with the heavier weights I felt it. 7 pounds was plenty for me!

Day 26 of #quickfitholidaychallenge2014 completed finally followed by Day 27, Abs. Great quick strength and even some cardio workout. Had no time to workout during the few days of Christmas, so I am finally getting back on track with this and playing catch up. I should be able to catch up by tomorrow. Thanks, once again, Jessica!
Done! What are some moves that strengthen knees? Do you have a knee strengthening workout? My mother and sister have knee pain and I wonder if there is a way to prevent it?

Did this yesterday with dance walk. The 2015 American Girl has a French bulldog as a pet, Bonbon. My daughter is excited and saving for her. She told me she was going to have to hide all her dolls yoga mats.
So, resorted to working out on my itty bitty iphone 6, but can't leave comments there, so am on my hubby's PC again… he's running an errand to try to figure out our IT issues!!! This workout was perfect for me this morning, as I'm preparing for more overnight holiday company… thanks, Jessica, for short, effective moves! Will do the final Week 4 workout now, and then do the final week starting tomorrow. Better waaaaaaay late than never I say, right, Jessica????? Please say yes! Best, NJP
This was my last day of #quickfitholidaychallenge2014 . Combine this with 4 of your 5 minute fixes that I miss last week. Didn't feel like 30 minutes 🙂 Thanks for the challenge. It was perfect for the short on time holiday rush!
Looking for help, please. I found the "plug and play" where you click on the type of exercise for the day and then select the workout you want to do. Now I can't find it on the site. Can someone please tell me how to locate it? Thank you!
@jessicasmithtv just started the Summer Shapeup 30 day challenge again in hopes of bringing spring and summer to Iowa sooner than later!
So I missed the entire last week of #SpringAhead because I got sick AGAIN. Anyway, after a week of rest, I finally felt good enough to get back into it. I decided to do this one, because I convinced my body that 10 minutes isn't THAT hard…. and then I broke out the 10 pound weights. HAHA TRICKED YOU, BODY. It cursed at me the entire time.
Also, YAY after working out with you for almost 6 months, I FINALLY got heavier weights and am ready to break through my strength plateau.
Following some others lead and going back to do your 30 Day Summer Shape Up Challenge. Day 1 – did this twice! Love the intensity, my heat rate was definitely up with the first move!
Doing my own May challenge based on your 2014 challenge. This one is quick and effective. My arms are feeling like jello. Some great cardio in there, to boot. Thanks!

Still trying to get back into the swing of things! Starting out my birthday month doing this Summer Shape Up Challenge again. Started with this workout, which was tougher for me than it should have been. But I guess that's what happens when you get out of the working out habit! But powered through it and now on to the 10-minute Toning Walk!
Excellent! As this workout was so short I had the confidence to try out heavier weights than usual and I think that is good. I partnered this with the 53 minute Fusion Sculpt so it now time for me to start my day. Thanks Jessica for another great workout.

This workout helps jump start my mood when I'm feeling kinda sluggish and low in energy. I feel awesome afterwards and more motivated. I feel like I'm getting more blood flow in the body and in-taking more oxygen too. Thx!!! 😁

I tried this with medium weights for my first time; next I'll use light ones for over my head (shoulder issues; I had to slow & alternate arms), and heavier ones on other moves. My joints and muscles aren't equally strong, so I need to mix up my weights to stay safe.
6 years and counting! I'm still here doing this workout in 2020. Definitely gets the job done!
