Hi Amy, any chance you can make workout routines to strengthen our shoulders. I too have shoulder tendinitis(right), I find that when I complete some of your routines my shoulders feel stronger and better, however I’m not sure which exercise movements are the key ones which help. Thank you❤️

Amy, love your workout! I did one same video yesterday as it was rudely interrupted by bad wi fi, I did it again today with no interruptions and was sweating so much. My favourite was the skater with weights
YES I am SO sweaty and I definitely feel sculpted!:-)) This really was a tough workout, but you are right, we need to be challenged to get stronger, getting out of that comfortzone!:-) AND I DID IT!! THANKS AMY, YOU ARE THE BEST!!:-))And by the way, will you make more workouts combining with some yoga? You once did a kickboxing and yogaflow which was really nice!:-))
Im at my goal weight so how much workout do i need to maintain my weight cause i dont wanna gain or lose anymore weight

My new favorite workout. But I say that about all your workouts. They are all amazing! Definitely one I will do regularly. Loved the speed skater rows I didn't think I would but they ended up being really fun to do. Great new moves to keep challenging the body. I love it. Thank you
