The rounded shoulders are usually due to a weakness or tightness of the pec minor, I'm a sports therapist and most clients I've had with this problem is usually due to that, simple METs and trigger point helps massively followed by some strengthening exercises and with the internal rotation of the humerus is due to tightness of rotator muscle- subscapularis, with bit treatment and with strengthening exercises will soon sort that out 😉

Hi lex, I've got a question for you(or just anyone with some muscle knowledge). I usually drink a proteinshake after I'm done working out(wich I do at home), but recently I went to a boxing gym and now after I'm done with the weights I do some boxing drills. Should I drink my shake after my boxing drills even if I don't use my muscles really intensive or after I'm done with the weights? Thanks already for anyone answering this

great stuff. I got into calisthenics so I dont need to go to a gym, and can get the sun whenever I want, BUT mate – lovely descriptions for "keeping the knees soft, core, etc etc" – really useful for all these people who dont know much about physiology. PLus the stuff about posture – and rehab of poor formed back – awesome stuff.

ONE love bruv – when I heard about you from this douche vegan gains I never thought youd be from oop norf! haha

Hey Lex, huge fan! Love what you do. Sorry to bother you, but ever since high school, my right leg has been a bit less muscular than my left and I've always been super embarrassed by it. How do I incorporate rehab training into my leg regime to make them both even? And how often or how many excersizes should be dedicated to my right leg?

Any tips on improving rounded shoulders more permanently? the fix for just before an exercise is great, but any ideas on how to go about fixing the root cause / changing your posture?

Also the last comment about posture, I'm forever trying help peeps in my gym but being a pt peeps just think I'm trying to get work out of them and are just not interested in what I have to say😠😠so frustrating when all I'm trying to do is help. how do you approach people these young egotistical lads?

Love the vid lex. another shout out from Arlington TX. Would love to see a good flannel with long hem longer sleeves and good for us broad shouldered guys. Hard to find any that fit. Keep up the good work man.
