I had a spasm in my lower back after the last KB video I did, and I think I've realized that I was curving my back when coming up on swings. I went back down to my 10lb for this video and focused on form and my back feels a lot better!

Hi Amy 😀Mary from Nebraska🥵Sweat, 💦 and 💦 This is my second time doing this workout. On the side planks I used a ten pound dumbell to lift up and back. Totally controlled. You are keeping me sane. Covid-19 is moving ferociously though the state. It’s scary. Keeping everyone around the world 🌎 in prayer.
