I log my workouts in MFP. Is there a way to get a list of your routines to enter them?

I loved this! I’m a powerlifter, but in lockdown I felt like doing something different. I used 5kg dumbbells for this workout and still definitely felt the burn 🙂

Great workout. Love the variety of what you do. Also, very easy to follow.

I did this work out, then sat and nursed my baby. I could barely get off the couch afterward😂 In other words, it was a great work out, and I need to stretch more😂

This workout is brilliant. My heart rate was up the whole time but without it being really intense. I really got a sweat on with this one too. Thank you Amy and hubby for the great workout 🏋️‍♀️

I always love your workouts. Did your pregnancy ones whilst pregnant with my 2nd daughter. I like that with your workouts, although you give a demonstration of what you want us todo.. you allow a lot of variables and a lot of room to add a movement in of our own or take one away. It’s so flexible. A lot of exercises i have watched from other people have kinda stuck to their movement and not given much room for anyone else but the fact is everyone has their own fitness level. So I find it hard to keep up with some people who are leaping all over the place and not giving any alternatives 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Really LOVED this one. 26 weeks pregnant and I found this to be perfect! Did some bird-dogs on those floor modifications 😁

Really enjoyed this, a good level of difficulty for the time working out. Often do your shorter ones but would definitely return to this again! Thanks 😊

Hey Amy, this is my first time trying a pyramid workout, and I really enjoyed it. I liked how you hit up so many body parts. Squats and dead lift were my favorite. Also, thanks for such a good cool down at the end. I'll check out your other pyramid workouts. In the mean time, MANY THANKS for producing and sharing such great content. You are keeping us in shape, challenged and sane! – Jennifer

Your workouts really are great and get me results – I turned 50 last year and was unhappy with my weight and fitness level- my bday is this week I lost 29 lbs and my core and figure is better than when I was in my 30s and I have always worked out – i saved this one to library. Thanks for the great job you are doing! 💜

I can't remember if I've done this one before, but fantastic New Year's Eve workout for me! The pyramid format always feels so full on and the rest periods short, but that's great for keeping heart rate up! I always feel like I've pushed myself hard. Just wish hubby would join in rather than shouting instructions at me from the sofa! Have a very happy new year! X

I would love to have playlists split up by type of work out. For example, all the pyramid workouts in one playlist, all of the tabata in one playlist, all the circuits together. Many days, I am in the mood to do a certain format, but it takes forever for me to scroll through the playlists and find the one I want. Love your videos so much!!

Love these, have been having my best workouts since COVID started now that I bought them. Only criticism is that the end caps (which you rotate to change bestgym.equipment the weight) stick out and can do into your thighs if you rest the dumbbells vertically on your legs. Only a minor inconvenience though.
