It doesn’t take long and we do it every Sunday to set ourselves up for a healthy week and save tons of time. One of our favorite things to prep is overnight oats. It’s so easy to grab and go in the morning!

Piña Colada Overnight Oats
Serves 2
2/3 cup rolled oats
4 tsp. chia seeds
2 tsp. honey or maple syrup
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop coconut Tone It Up Protein
1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
2 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
1 Combine everything in a bowl.
2 Split mixture into two mason jars. Let sit in the fridge overnight.
