What brought me here today was hearing that the best workout for 'as we age' and helping to keep our hormones in balance is weights, weights, weights, resistance and weights. 😉 I'll be back, especially since I see you have several 'weights' videos! Hi – I do the warm up and cool down routines however still seem to have sternum pain when I sneeze or cough. What are some better chest stretches that I can do? I didn't have the pain in this area until I began working out about 2 months ago.

Another great workout Coach! Just getting back into strength workouts due to a sprain in my neck, took it slow and went pretty light but still felt that wonderful burn! Question do you have any one sided strength workouts? I find this type of workout very benificial as my left side is weaker than my right. Thanks again!

What's great about working with dumbbells is that you can use them to tone and burn fat and build muscle mass, I always use a variety of dumbbell exercises when I'm teaching my students.
