to be honest i prefer weights for leg exercises like weighted Pistol squat,deadlift,lunges,etc

Learn from my mistake. Don't over do it when training for a one arm pull up. You WILL get inflamed tendons in your elbow if you don't take it easy.

Guys why all these barrstarz are skinny ? They train hard and i think bodyweigjt movemnts are so cool but all these guys are so skinny i prefer bodybuilding weight training much mote better and easier for being big massive
