Do you have to warm up before stretching every time?
Just what the body needed! Whew. I have been on my feet 12-16 hour days with limited sleep. Adding to that was a death in my family so between the emotional stress and physical exhaustion, I don’t have much energy left. This was so perfect and much cheaper than a massage! I have done lots and lots of stretching videos. This is probably the absolute best one that I have ever done. Thank you! I'm going through so much pain these days. Hopefully, doing this regularly, will help. I'm already feeling so much better.

Thank you! I've gained so much weight since HS and without doing any constant exercise, my body's become nothing but a literal pain. Trying to get back into exercising too much too fast gave me a charlie horse in the middle of the night. So this sort of stretching is just what I needed.

This routine i do every morning after my hard leg arms workout. I love how the stretches really help to loosen me up ans im not ss sore afterwards. I do iy everyday.

Thank you so much for creating this video! It is exactly what I was looking for and I LOVE doing all of these stretches! Scrolling through all of these flexibility videos can be very intimidating when all you see are young girls in tight short shorts and fancy sports bras with their perfect splits and legs behind their head! I teach middle school PE and now that we are distance learning it is very difficult to find appropriate (but not childish) workout videos for flexibility. I am also glad that it's not labeled as yoga since many middle school boys "don't do yoga," as they would say.
So, once again… thank you for creating this video! 😁

Doing one of the yoga dvds today I realize how much I like her, and that the issue I have with some of the aerobic dvds is the synth discoish kinda frantic music, which just makes me tense. I love how she teachers and her voice. On other aerobic things she's got music with more drums and stuff and I like it.
